This unique program allows you to exchange any unused game tickets in your ticket package for game tickets to any other regular season game. This special ticket program only applies to tickets in your Chiefs ticket packages, walk up tickets and group tickets do not apply.

• Exchanging game tickets that have not been played:

Tickets can be exchanged for other tickets to any future regular season game, at the same price level, for no charge. Tickets can be exchanged for the same game in a different location or exchanged for different games. Tickets may be 'upgraded' to a higher price level.

• Exchanging game tickets that have been played:

Full (36 game) Season Ticket Holders ~ Full Season Ticket Holders retain the value of the ticket in its original price level and do not pay the upgrade fee for that price level if they have a past game ticket to exchange.

Mini Ticket Package Holders (weekend plans, 8-game plans, Power Plan & Flex Pak Holders) ~ All ticket package tickets other than full (36 game) package holders can exchange unused tickets at the same level for any game except Saturday games. On Saturday games the Chiefs will place a $10.50 value (upper level) on the ticket and the unused tickets may be exchanged for any seat in that level. These tickets can also be upgraded to a higher priced ticket for the difference of the ticket price.

**Unused past game tickets can only be exchanged one time.**

• All seating is based upon availability.
• Regular season tickets can only be exchanged for regular season games, not carried over into the playoffs.
• $8.00 seats are always valued at $8.00 and upgrades would be charged accordingly.

All "Never-A-Wasted Ticket" exchanges must be done at the Spokane Chiefs office or box office on game nights. The Spokane Chiefs cannot reserve seats over the phone for package holders to exchange tickets.
