This season Avista and the Spokane Chiefs are teaming up to recognize a few of those individuals that have positively affected their community. This month's Community MVP is Jim Noldin. Jim has been coaching hockey for the past eight years and is currently the head coach of the Spokane Jr. Chiefs AA Bantam hockey team. He has coached three teams that have won the state championship, including this year’s team. On top of his coaching duties, Jim has also served two terms as the President of SAYHA. He has spent countless hours planning and coordination practice plans as well as being a leader and positive influence to the children.
