The Colorado Eagles of the ECHL announced Wednesday that they have added former Chiefs goaltender Eric Williams to their roster. Williams, from Langley, B.C., suited up for Colorado on Wednesday night, but did not play.

Williams finished the 2013-14 WHL season with a 33-19-2-2 record with a 2.71 goals against average and .906 save percentage; both were career highs. Williams was acquired by the Chiefs in a trade with Prince Albert during the 2011-12 season. He acted as the starting goaltender for the Chiefs for the next 2.45 seasons, appearing in 131 games (4th in franchise history), and playing 7,291 minutes (5th). His 73 career wins are 3rd in franchise history.
