The Spokane Chiefs have reassigned 17-year-old Cody Nelson to the Portage Terriers of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League.  The right wing appeared in three games in the regular season and registered nine penalty minutes.

The move leaves the Chiefs with 24 players; two goaltenders, nine defensemen and 13 forwards.

Spokane will play two home games this weekend; Saturday versus Tri-City and Sunday against the Everett Silvertips.
